"I cannot speak more highly of Larry Weiss and both his professional expertise and personal kindness. Larry worked with my sister-in-law for over 5 months to find the perfect house for her within a limited budget. She had never before bought a house, and Larry very patiently explained to her every step in the process, and guided her through numerous house showings. He took the extra time to fully understand not only the kind of house she was looking for, but also the community in which she would be most happy. Larry was extremely knowledgeable as to what was available on the market, and how to be successful in bidding for the house that she ultimately found with Larry's help. After my sister-in-law submitted a successful bid, Larry successfully negotiated a $12,000 credit to the purchase price to cover repairs found on the home inspection. Larry's assistance did not end upon the closing of the house; he assisted her on moving day, he stayed until the movers finished, and even personally installed a window air conditioner in the primary bedroom at 10pm on moving day so that she could sleep her first night without the discomfort of a hot summer night. When she had questions about such things like setting up new utility accounts, he was always there to help her. Larry cares, and that made all of the difference."
